A RIVER WILL FLOW
Launched in tandem with the Counterpublic Triennial in Saint Louis, this augmented billboard near Sugarloaf Mound, reanimates the flowing water that carved the bluffs along the Mississippi River. This interaction was activated through a billboard installed during Counterpublic 2023. This temporary exhibition has closed.
